PLP Terminal Premises
PLP — Poti Logistical Park operates a physical terminal base in Poti, Georgia, with dedicated yard space, warehouse areas, administration facilities, Gate 1 security and logistics control, and operational buildings supporting day-to-day cargo movement.
The premises are designed not only for cargo storage, but also for coordination: client meetings, logistics planning, truck entry control, customs-related interaction, security monitoring, office work, documentation handling, and operational supervision.
Terminal Yard
PLP’s terminal yard provides 20,500 sq.m of working area for cargo movement, truck circulation, temporary positioning, loading support, storage coordination, and terminal operations.
The yard supports the practical side of logistics: vehicles entering the site, cargo being positioned for handling or storage, trucks moving between operating zones, and teams coordinating the next step of the shipment.

Meeting and Client Facilities
PLP’s premises include two meeting rooms with LCD screens and a conference hall for up to 70 people with video conference capability.
These facilities are useful for cargo planning meetings, client briefings, project cargo coordination, partner discussions, operational training, and larger logistics or infrastructure consultations.
For visiting partners and clients, the administration building also includes a guest office and guest room, making the terminal more practical for on-site coordination and extended project discussions.
